Are Canewoven products handmade?
Yes. Every piece is handwoven by skilled artisans using natural cane and rattan.
Why can two pieces look slightly different?
Because each piece is made by hand from natural materials, small variations in weave, tone and finish are part of its character.
How long does a made-to-order product take?
Made-to-order pieces are crafted in our Kolkata workshop. The estimated timeline is in between 5 to 7 days depending upon the product and product size.

Do you offer cash on delivery?
Partial COD is available on eligible orders. Eligibility is shown at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Changes depend on whether production has started.

Do you ship across India?
Yes, we deliver pan-India. Orders are crafted and dispatched from our Kolkata workshop.
How will I know when my order is shipped?
You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details by email and WhatsApp.
What if my product arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will help resolve it.
